I had your guys come out for a balancing of my system and they found that one of the vents was never cut through in my master bedroom which was causing me a lot of problems so I have to say I’ve dealt with a lot of AC people cause I come from Florida and your guys were the best!!!

Came home from vacation to find out our AC wasn’t working and the temperature in our house was 85 deg. I called Air Systems and reached their answering svc. They said they would get a msg to them. They called pretty quickly and said they had a tech on call and he’d be here by 5:30. Surprisingly he was here long before that and found the problem and fixed it right away. I asked him about getting a WiFi thermostat and he told me that our thermostat was WiFi and proceeded to give me all the info I needed to get it set up. All in all we were very pleased with the service.

We were very satisfied from the start. The lady we called tried and tried until she was able to work us in (at the start of a very hot day). And, sure to goodness, about 11 a.m., here they came, two of them. Turned out an inside motor was bad. They immediately worked to learn about warranty, and that it was in warranty. Then, they found it in stock at some place. They took out the old motor, and then went to get the new motor. (They didn't say it was ordered and would be here tomorrow or next day) They went to get it. And within an hour, here they came back with the motor, and, as my wife said, "soon there was cool air coming out of our ducts. Those two had to remove a shelf full of things before being able to get the new one back in. And, I figured I would get to fix that and reshalf those boxes. But, No; they did that also. So, they were very friendly checked everything, and with assurance, said all was well. They left us smiling and cool. Thanks.

The technician was very friendly and also recommended things that he would do for his home. He even came back in to vacuum because he was worried some insulation might have fallen from the attic and he knew I have a toddler at home.
