Very professional from office staff to technician. As the current owner of this Carrier unit after purchasing the townhouse where it was originally installed, I wasn't sure what the procedure would be. Thank goodness l had the original sales receipt & your office staff found the record so I was grateful for the help I got beginning with the first phone call!

The great customer service and quality work is greatly appreciated. A record of the parts warranty was kept by the company regarding a motor that went bad before the warranty expired...the company replaced the motor without charging for it, honoring the warranty. Thank you!!

All the gentlemen working were extremely polite and friendly. Cautious of my animals while going in and out of the house which I greatly appreciated.
