4 out of 5 techs would have told me that I needed a new compressor to fix my problem costing me thousands or having to replace my unit. Multiple told me that's what it more than likely was over the phone. One guy came out to diagnose my problem right before Zach and did the same test he did, but it's like Zach had a light bulb moment and said hold on let me see if this will do it before we talk about replacing. Well he was right! Saved my family thousands in debt that we do not have in these times. I will 100% be spreading the word on every platform I can think of and to friends and family. Hopefully the owners recognize that the honesty is hard to come by in the trade world but will retain customers & do the marketing for them far more than an install fee. Thank you!!!
