Our heat wasn’t working, and they sent someone out within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and worked to fix it. Because it was a leak in our system, it required a second visit to find and fix it, which he did. I neglected to get our repairman’s name but he was very polite and patiently answered all of our questions.

Our service tech Zack is always courteous and knowledgeable. Never had issues with the my HVAC unit, mainly because Zack takes care of it before it is an issue. Because of it , it runs like new. Also provides solutions to issues we encountered, like for example installing an UV light to prevent odors from the coils.

Air systems seems to have very high standards, and they are consistently living up to them.

After conducting an annual fall checkup, Taylor with Air Systems shared with us our 14 year old bonus room heat pump was pretty much on its last legs. Previously they had repaired a refrigerant leaked in the coils that extended the life but he noted it was just a matter of time that it would need replacing. Very professional and no high pressure, but Taylor simply explained some of issues that could be expected. So we elected to replace the unit now rather than in the middle of winter or a hot summer. Taylor was very helpful in explaining the different models but was forthright in recommending only what we needed. We scheduled the installation of the new unit the next week and everything went very smoothly. The installers were very considerate and efficient. Very pleased with their service

I was dissatisfied with this last service. The technician was unable to resolve or diagnose the odor issue I've been having since July of this year. When my air conditioning is on, there is an odor that I can best describe as a lake water, musty, metallic smell coming from my vents throughout my entire house. It began coming from the vents in two rooms (guest bathroom and office) for the first couple of months. Now the odor comes from multiple vents throughout the house. When the technician was here, I could smell the odor coming from the vents while the air conditioning was on and I pointed it out to him. He explained what the possible causes could be, but didn't seem attentive in diagnosing the issue based on the odor. He didn't say whether or not he could smell the odor either. He seemed more interested in trying to sell me an air quality control product than diagnosing the issue. My house was built just three years ago, so it's still fairly new. There was never an odor until July of this year. I just think that it's odd that all of a sudden after three years, there's this odor coming from my system when the air conditioning is on. I change the air filters regularly and have my system inspected/maintenance performed twice a year.
