Zach did an excellent job. We came home at 8pm to our A/C being on but not cooling the house. Called the after-hours answering service and left our info. Got a call first thing in the morning and had a repair tech out within a couple of hours. Zach was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He answered my questions about the prevention of the issue in the future and how to recover from the house heating up. Great job and great tech!

The team came to replace my old heating/air unit that was no longer functioning properly. They were professional, polite, helpful, and answered all of my questions. It was a good experience. The cost of the thermostats and the installation was very expensive. However the service call and maintenance plan were both very reasonable. Tech took the time to explain how heat pumps work as well as how to get started with my new smart thermostats
