Our AC unit stopped working properly late last night and temps inside were beginning to rise. My husband and I called several HVAC companies this morning, each promising to call us back. No one ever called. Hours later, I phoned Air Systems Unlimited and a very courteous staff person took my info and request, promising a call back. She called in less than 5 minutes and told me they could get a tech out between 12-4. She phoned again about an hour later to let me know he was on his way and even texted me when he was 5 mins out, so that I could put my dogs away. Zach was very courteous, listened to the problem, and immediately went outside to check our system. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed in probably 30 minutes. Great service! We’ll definitely call them again.

Service Call Price high

Had a warranty issue with the A/C on the second floor. Heat, instead of cool air was generated. Technician was knowledgeable and quickly troubleshooted the problem. A loose wire was tightened up and cool air began entering the upstairs bedrooms!

Josh was thorough and explained the problem to me. And I feel that the cost was reasonable after receiving an unreasonable quote from another company. Thanks!

Justin was great at explaining things to me. We needed to check our gas fireplace to make sure it was installed correctly when the house was built (I noticed a loose wire inside the fireplace which is why I contacted AirSystems). I will be using these guys to service and clean our HVAC system. Thank you again.
