The cost of the thermostats and the installation was very expensive. However the service call and maintenance plan were both very reasonable. Tech took the time to explain how heat pumps work as well as how to get started with my new smart thermostats

Zach was the AC tech who did my service today. Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, took his time to do a good job and answered the many questions I had plus changed out my AC Filter!

Our AC unit stopped working properly late last night and temps inside were beginning to rise. My husband and I called several HVAC companies this morning, each promising to call us back. No one ever called. Hours later, I phoned Air Systems Unlimited and a very courteous staff person took my info and request, promising a call back. She called in less than 5 minutes and told me they could get a tech out between 12-4. She phoned again about an hour later to let me know he was on his way and even texted me when he was 5 mins out, so that I could put my dogs away. Zach was very courteous, listened to the problem, and immediately went outside to check our system. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed in probably 30 minutes. Great service! We’ll definitely call them again.
