Chris did a great job servicing our units. He explained issues and options. I would also give kudos to the office staff. They called and set up the Fall service appt., then sent a reminder, then called to let us know when he was on the way.

From the first phone call everyone was polite and prompt. Even granting me the courtesy phone call of 30 min away so I could leave work to be there on time. Chris was knowledgeable and polite. Even the dogs liked him! Service was excellent and I felt as if he was honest with me.

Tony was an excellent example of how a service person represent his profession. Great personality and quick with his work. The price $185 was high for 30 minutes of work and one capacitor but he check the unit out after replacing capacitor. I will ask for Tony again for all my heat and air repairs in the future.

Chris quickly diagnosed my A/C problem and took the time to explain to me what would be required to fix it. He was great throughout the process and I plan to use Air System Unlimited on our 2 units using their maintenance plan that Chris explained in detail to me.
