They informed me of the problems and told me they did what they were able to, explained that we needed more installation and also ordered the parts needed and would be back.

A previous technician had determined parts needed to be replaced. Justin rechecked the unit and determined that some water needed to be drained from the condensate pot. After removing the water, he determined the unit was working correctly. Thanks for what you did.
