It was an emergency on a hot day. Another company told us to repair the AC unit almost one week later. Then I called AirSystems. They told me a technician would come in a couple of hours. I received another call telling me that he would arrive at 1:00 pm. Exactly at 1:00 pm, Taylor came! He checked the unit and we secured AC again! He explained what had happened and detailed what we should do in the future. He charged us just for the service fee I was told in advance. Taylor's courtesy was impressive! I know what company I will call first in the future!
