As usual Josh does a great job in our annual checkup.

After a recent tornado we were without power for two days. When power was restored we had no heat in our downstairs unit. AIr Systems responded within a day making repairs. We trust they will be there for us!!

I am 79 and at risk for COVID-19. I requested that the serviceman use his cell phone to communicate with me; instead he knocked on the door and expected me to appear. He stood 6 ft. away, but no mask, and not what I requested. The CDC is daily changing its guidelines, as the disease is more contagious than originally thought to be. I am very disappointed in Air Systems. No masks? That's your call, but at least do as the customer asks.

Chris did our summer and fall unit service maintenance. He is always very pleasant and very professional. He answer all of our questions and did an exceptional job. Another thing we noticed is that this company makes his techs to wear shoe covers when they are inside the house. Shows how much this company cares about his customers. They have won a customer for life!
