Our technician (Taylor) was hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. His knowledge and professionalism was unparalleled. Calling a HVAC Company is never something you like to do since it means that you’re having an issue, but after 23 years of home ownership I’ve come to learn that it’s unavoidable. I just wanted to say, after a half dozen techs over the years, and sometimes the tech leaving me even more confused or irritated, Taylor was unlike any other. We will definitely solely be using Air Unlimited in the future. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Taylor arrived on time and quickly found the issue with our furnace and got us back up and running. He also found an unrelated part that was functional but damaged and ordered a warranty replacement part to make sure the new system is as good as it should, Explained his work well and was a good ambassador for the company.

Great customer relations, better than others from AS. Answered all questions. Left us assured we can do it in the future I question the service contract so high $160 for gas logs since you would be here to service our heat/air units. Seems the cost should be closer to 1/4 of the heat/air
