He also found an unrelated part that was functional but damaged and ordered a warranty replacement part to make sure the new system is as good as it should, Explained his work well and was a good ambassador for the company.

Great customer relations, better than others from AS. Answered all questions. Left us assured we can do it in the future I question the service contract so high $160 for gas logs since you would be here to service our heat/air units. Seems the cost should be closer to 1/4 of the heat/air
