Born into a family-owned heating and air company, owner William Brooks learned about honest, hard work while working for his father as a young man. In 1988, William left the family business to pursue his dream of building and operating his own HVAC Company. Today, with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he continues to practice the same ethics of honest, hard work that he first learned as a child. Combined with a history of continued professional service, integrity, fair prices and concern for our customers, AirSystems Unlimited has established itself as a reputable resource for homeowners and businesses who are seeking solutions to their heating and cooling needs.
When you call AirSystems Unlimited, it is very likely that you will speak to Decotta, who proudly serves as the Office Manager. Although she wears many hats (bookkeeping, recruiting, training, advertising, scheduling, dispatching, and many others), she will be the first to tell you that she would rather talk to her customers than anything else she has to do. She considers it both “challenging and rewarding to solve the problems of our customers and to ensure that, at the end of the day, they feel that they have had a good experience with us.” Decotta enjoys listening to music and spending time with her husband, daughter, dogs and extended family. She loves to travel when her limited free time allows for it, and says that “Once a year, the beach calls my name, and I must visit it with my family in order for all to be right with the world.”
Josh is Service Manager and has continually received 5-Star reviews from customers for his excellent customer service. He has also received the respect of all our team members for his leadership of our service department. Josh is married and has a toddler son. He enjoys fishing and Tennessee Football. When asked why he likes working at AirSystems Unlimited he said, "Its a great company to work for and they are awesome people."
Meet one of our valued and pleasant Customer Care representatives, Janet. Janet believes that every caller deserves the utmost courtesy and respect. She enjoys helping customers “keep their cool” in the summer and stay warm in the winter. She also appreciates being part of a team with high standards that goes the extra-mile in service. In her personal time, Janet enjoys helping people, special meals with family, bird watching, hiking, camping, and classical music concerts. She loves orchids, antique furniture and the autumn season. Janet says she dislikes shopping and wishes everything could be home-delivered–including groceries! Be sure to say “Hello” to Janet the next time you call!
Another one of our fine service technicians is Bailey. Bailey has a wife and one son, and one son “on the way.” He loves to hunt and fish. Bailey says, “I love the outdoors, which is the reason I got into HVAC in the first place.”
Another one of our friendly and valued Customer Care Representatives is Leia, who is a wife and mother of three daughters. Leia enjoys reading, shopping, music, trips with her family and date nights with her husband. Leia admits that she loves her job at AirSystems Unlimited, “especially the paperwork”, and says, “I am always glad to help our customers and I appreciate knowing that I work for a company that ALWAYS puts customers first.”
Ashley is a valuable addition to our Accounting Department, serving as an Accounting Assistant. She is also currently attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga pursuing a degree in Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys four-wheeling, water sports, watching Alabama Crimson Tide football, and spending time with her two dogs, family and friends. She jokingly says she also enjoys naps and eating.
Kristina leads our Accounting Department with many years of accounting experience. She is Mom to two grown sons and “Gee-Gee” to three granddaughters. Kristina enjoys driving her Jeep and two Harley motorcycles; and is a foster-failure to two rescued puppies.
